  You do not exist as a patient unless if you are in the office. If you've already been seen and you're not better they will not try and help you out over the phone, they will make you go back and pay another co-pay for something you've already been treated for. This has happened on more than one occasion to me at this office. I will be transferring everything to St. Luke's.

  Called to make an appointment because I was sick now mind you I have been a patient way back when they were Whitehall medical center so it's been many years. I was told they had no file for me took all my information puts me on hold comes back says they need to set up a wellness visit for me to establish me as a new patient since I haven't been there for awhile. Even though I was a patient for many years. Then they come back and say they can get me in December 29 does nothing for me being sick now, so I'm then told to go to express care to be checked and hope you feel better. Really not happy after all the years of being a patient to be treated like this smh definately looking for new dr.
